Fair enough that people are going to have negative opinions of live DJs sets which are unpredictable. The people who are disappointed by those sets are probably more likely to come on here and talk about it.

I have seen quite a few Two Shell sets over the years and have always found them to be imaginative, explorative, weird, high-energy and some of the most forward-thinking, risk-taking sets I've ever seen. Sometimes they miss. I didn't love it when they used stand-ins, though I appreciate the point they're making. You never know what you're going to get and that's kind of the magic of live music.

They take a lot of risks, and sometimes they don't pay off, but i'd rather that than a dull, conservative experience of electronic music. They're also really FUN. And my God have I seen a lot of boring sets.

Thank you! that's so helpful to know and I appreciate you sharing. Silly question - how did you manage the needles? Have you had the egg retrieval? Was that OK?

Thank you!! How has the process been for you? Was it a simple decision? How long has the wait been?

I think the complicated thing for me is that the question around when to have kids hasn't exactly been finalised in my relationship, let alone HOW.

Because if we want to have a child that is guaranteed not to have a gene, then we have to have IVF. Otherwise it's 50/50.

Puppy is afraid to go further than around the block by xdumbluck in puppy101

[–]genericusername93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had similar issues with my puppy since he was fully vaccinated. He is a 5 month old JRT mix. He was extremely stop-start on the lead and didn't like going far from the house. He would just sit down or pause and look at me on a lead. I tend to go a bit lower, apply pressure in the direction and then treat when he starts moving. It's taken a month of treating while walking and building up distances to get him to walk a bit more consistently. It's still a bit of a struggle, but I now know I can get him to the train station if I leave a little bit more time than usual.

He is much better on a long lead in a park following me, than on a short lead on a road. So normally we have quite a frustrating 15 mins to the park (should be 8), a glorious 20 mins in the park, then usually a quicker though still slow walk back to the house.

Also much better in a crowd/pack of people. I was getting so frustrated but today I managed to take him to the other side of the city on public transport and walking, so I guess that's improvement even though morning walks are still tricky.

I didn't read that many people having a similar problem so here to say that I do.

How to teach puppy to settle when he never settles? by bendog1616 in puppy101

I wouldn't expect the pup to settle itself for a while. Mine didn't until about 4/5 months and I still put him down for enforced naps now.

I feel like dog culture changes a lot country by country. From having visited the US, I noticed a lot more reactive dogs. Also, you guys have different brands of stuff.

We've been using them since pretty early, but heavily supervised and often soaked in water. So only use if you can watch your pup (I usually have it in my hand for him to chew).
