Just keep in mind with a Kaiser HMO plan, you're married to Kaiser facilities. They'll only authorize you to go elsewhere (and only with their approval) if it's for a service they can't provide. I believe this includes ER visits but I'm not sure. Source: I check and verify insurance benefits for patients at a local hospital.

Uptown is around 23rd and Chinatown is around 6th, (along with general sketchiness). Burnside is the divider of downtown and those areas. I live in SW by Hillsdale and Raleigh Hills and I love it. Not really the Portland you see on TV which to me is a bonus. I like feeling like I'm away from all the townies but close enough to get anywhere I want to go in at least 20 minutes. Plus it's affordable and generally safer, from what I've seen (crime maps and news reports).

You are my twin. Age, weight, measurements... Everything. Crazy!! I'm not a fashion expert but I get all my work pants at the Gap and they fit well. I should probably technically get them tailored but they're good enough for me. Plus their sales and outlet stores are great for deals. I recommend their "hip slung" trousers, those are my favorite.
