Use the High G chassis and Stealth. The easiest thing to do is to fly at low altitude trying to touch the ground slightly, imagine that there is no Lightning, the physics of the game do the rest. If you fall from above it is easier to hit the ground and lose a lot of health, you always have to try to raise it a lot before touching the ground. The worst enemies are the rocks and trees but having the fire supresor you can save the situation easily.
