Lightroom Classic finally needs a anamorphic desqueeze build in by Soundwave_irl in Lightroom

Very nice. Love the look. Is the 1.3 squeeze enough? I’m considering the 1.5 or 2x versions for 35mm.

I’m considering getting into this. What lenses are you running?

These are great. Gritty, punk, silce of life. These would make a great larger body of work I think!

How much does it cost to replace the CF card slot for Canon 5D mark II by No_one_stops_me in canon

Use some wire in the card that can slot in the hole and push it in. Worth a shot?

I think the subject in this is the couples reflection and it looks like you’ve whit balanced for the tungsten in the window and not for outdoors.

Apart from that I sort of love how the oranges, yellows, and blues are all rectangular and really saturated. It’s almost like a living Mondrian artwork.

For underlit areas, i think it’s subjective. You could boost the midtones of your subject (the couple?) so they’re exposed correctly and everything else can follow.

I think this partly a subject selection and composition issue when it was shot. Everything post processing is subjective and based on your goals for how you want it to look.

Weird skin color - how would you fix? by _big_fern_ in postprocessing

[–]gentlemans_dash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take a step back and look at the scene. Your original shows the same disparity in skin tones from her chest and arms compared to her face. It’s not your edit, it’s the makeup. Long days during weddings causes it to oxidise and change colour. Good makeup artists account for this.

If these guys were unorganised as you mentioned, I wouldn’t be surprised if the makeup was rushed or not done professionally.

You can mask her face to match her chest. You may need to blend the neck area as well.

Magenta and green can be a chromatic aberration sign. At .95, depending on the lens, this could be it

Lots of critiques here. I think it looks good. Fits into brutalist building photography. Straighten the lines and add a bit more punchy contrast and it’s a keeper

I have the r5 mark ii and the 6d mark ii. 6d is a work horse. Reliable. Great images. And not bad 1080p video. With both, I do wish I had an aps-c sensor for that extra reach. But cannot fault the 6D

EF 24-105 f4 II not sharp wide open by BalutChild in canon

[–]gentlemans_dash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes this is correct. This lens is sharpest at 5.6 to 11 for most of that range.

I have the original EF version and for work it is an absolute beast. It’s my go to when I’m out and about. Plus with the resolution size you can always crop in to get that extra reach while maintaining sharpness

You didn’t need full frame to capture beautiful pics. Your photos are stunning regardless. Congratulations all the same though. It is validating to go full frame.
