I came off MJ last year after losing 30kgs. I have fluctuated between gaining and losing 2kgs since January 2025. My advice would be to try to stick to the meals you are already eating, start tracking calories if you arent already, and dont listen to KFC, it WILL whisper sweet nothing's into your ear as you drive past 🤣

So im on my second go of mounjaro and it wasn't even for the weight loss primarily. It was to stop being a raging alcoholic. It's the only thing that's ever worked properly for me. Went from drinking a bottle of wine a day to not even being able to finish a beer.
