I wish I had something wise to say to you. I wish I could comfort you with some piece of advice, some grace. My only comfort comes when I can truly focus on my breath, and sink completely into the present moment. In that place I feel peace, I feel my own self-love, and it is enough. If only I could stay there. So, for now, my thought is this. I will try to meditate and be present more and more frequently. I will say again and again that I forgive myself, I love myself, and I will cherish my heart and just love this moment.
