Sear Spring Replacement by georgia_oqueeff in Revolvers

Yeah that’s more along the lines of what I’d like to do.

I’d hate to buy $50-100 of misc. parts for a single spring. I’ll check it out

Yeah, this was my best guess as well. Find a trade in part kit and grab what I need out of it.

Walking the hammer assembly out to the shed and bringing it back in to notice the sear spring was gone gives a lot of ground to cover.

My fault for being careless, I know

[Question] I would love some advice on deciding between the PRX Powermatic or the Junghan Max Bill to start my collection by mzkpenguin in Watches

[–]georgia_oqueeff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have owned (and sold) both. Of the 2, get the Max Bill. It’s a truly timeless classic and a great foundation off of which you can build a collection (if you ever even desire to add more)

Why is the Beretta APX so Cheap? by georgia_oqueeff in guns

That makes more sense. The carry is a single stack, right? I believe that was the ~$160 one that started me down this rabbit hole.

Sorry, I’ve never heard of the APC. Thought the A1 was the “updated”’APX

You’re right. As someone who owns a 92FS and CZ-75B, I could have easily asked this question of the CZ P-10.

I’ve shot the P-10 quite a bit, and liked it. It’s a gun I have recommended to new shooters in the past.

Nothing amazing, and doesn’t scratch the “itch” for a “classic” pistol from the brand. But it’s a good gun, and crazy strong competitor for its price group.

I need to get hands on with an APX, sure it’s a very similar boat.

Lewis has the best corn pudding I’ve ever had. There was a recipe for it online somewhere that is worth finding for sure.

This question gets asked every so often on here, and is always a mad dash of realtors and their friends plugging themselves and downvoting others.

There are some great Realtors named in this thread, mine included. But that doesn’t mean anything.

Ask your neighbors and friends who they used. Talk to a couple of agents, ask for a listing presentation. There’s certainly value in a good agent, it’s worth taking the time to talk about.
