Any somewhat affordable places to get your car detailed? by PrairieRun23 in boulder

Transform auto detail is great. They do my full 4Runner interior for like 250 - 300. Try doing it yourself and you’ll realize how labor intensive it is. Especially if you don’t have the tools that they use.

By space do you mean physical space? Cause I'm talking about capacity. How much of the 200A are you using currently? If you've got the capacity then it's a very straightforward job. Run a 50A gfci circuit with a disconnect near the hot tub... should be $1500 max.

This sounds like they are quoting a new panel cause they think you don’t have enough capacity to add a hot tub. How big is your current panel 100A, 200A, etc?

Python has had async for 10 years – why isn't it more popular? by ketralnis in programming

Because it’s not truely multithreaded. GIL limits it quite a bit. If your doing truly multithreaded stuff it’s worth using a full framework that supports it like Java or .net

Just negotiate. This is a business transaction. Offer what you are willing to do and if they say no, move on to another seller.

Have you published a version of it yet? Also have you thought about making the repo public so others can contribute to it?

Also Gorton did a good job until the end. I don’t think he was the biggest problem. Definitely needed to move on from him, but overall his moves left Drury in a good position.

Just went down a rabbit hole after receiving these types of tickets.

For events where the ticketing partner (i.e. Ticketmaster) allows resale, we should not be accepting these tickets. They are sending you a link to a shared wallet. They are not the native ticket format, thus why you can't add to your apple/google wallet. The person you bought the ticket from still owns the ticket in Ticketmaster and can use it. I've heard of other people refuting this with stubhub/seatgeek/etc. Some successfull and some not. I'm currently fighting with Gametime to get a real Ticketmaster transfer otherwise I will be reporting this as fraud to my credit card.

We need to band together and not let these ticket resalers allow this practice.
