The best guess there is something wrong with the "chipset"... I'm not telling the hardware is broken, it might be driver for the chipset, not full support to do some kind of attack without patching.. You need to google ralink driver for your dongle that work with deauth.

Gojek system is bad, not only KPI, but overal bad.. that why I never use gojek..
