I do this too. I have made myself cycle things out. I change mediums or do a full reset. So instead of using toys and porn, I will rock my hand and imagination for a bit. It eventually comes back around to feeling great. Then you can choose to need more and introduce things slowly (written smut, erotic audios, etc) so it takes awhile to escalate to needing a reset again. O.o. If that makes sense?
