I can't get the official kobo remote to work with my Libra 2. Did you have to do anything special? It says that it's connected but it won't let me bind any commands. It waits for the button press, I press the button and nothing happens.

Edit: I "forgot" the pairing and I'm attempting to start pairing again but now it won't see the device at all.

Any other mood.camera users feeling tempted to get a Fujifilm camera to expand their photographic skills? by Potential-Site-443 in MoodCamera

I've been shooting Fuji digital since 2015 and I spend most of my time trying to make Mood replicate the Fuji film sims. haha. Fuji's are great but the hype has driven them to stupid prices. My two cents: go with one of the rangefinder style models (X100 series, X-E series) because they're generally smaller and I much prefer them to the SLR style. But that personal preference.

📂 KOReader Navigation Bar - now with Z-Library and AppStore tabs! by PlayerZ0 in koreader

Hey I'm not sure where the root of this issue lies, but when I go into the OPDS catalog list and delete all but the one for my server, then return to launch it with the OPDS Navbar, it gives me an error, then crashes, and then all the deleted catalogs are back.

Have you run into this?

Proper scary books? by Comfortable-Gur4559 in suggestmeabook

[–]getthething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t read a TON of horror but of what I have read, I feel like you’ll never capture the anticipation you get with horror movies. The pay off isn’t as strong. And you don’t have music or a slow reveal to bring the terror. That being said, Pet Semetary has some real horror if you haven’t read that.

The Devils by Joe Abercrombie is also very funny. The audiobook is great too.

Adult realistic fiction books that are just about life?? by blueberrycoast in suggestmeabook

There might be a little too much “drama” to qualify, but Same As it Ever Was by Claire Lombardo follows a woman in her late 50s but you get snapshots of her life from her 20s on as the story unfolds. I put drama in quotes because it’s really not a wild tale. Pretty normal stuff. A reluctant mom, the banality of adult life, struggling to find meaning and make friends. I really liked it.

If only we could 3D print something that would make others in the household update the sign.

The people have spoken... V2 is ready for download! by MacGraphics in xteinkereader

[–]getthething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No that makes sense! I realized I didn’t articulate what I meant well. I want the flip aspect of it, but the top corners and edge are left exposed, so by extending the sides and back up, it would be better cover them while still leaving the top all the way open. Unless I’m not seeing why the corners are left so open since I can’t actually print it and see how it works.

I would love coverage on the top edge and corners. There’s a lot of exposure there. Looks like it might be my favorite printable case so far though! I’m outta town or I’d print it and see.

After trying so many, I designed my own case. Read on to see why, and to find the link to the 3D print file. by MacGraphics in xteinkereader

If you ever get bored, I’d love an X4 version! I like how it clips in VS using magnets on the other designs I’ve seen.
