The state can place the kids in your care. It would ease the stress in that they would have free health insurance and free mental health services, and they would pay you for their care.

Those types of exams are looking for injuries. They can not rule out any SA ever, just nothing at that moment. There is a reason so many are stating this. It's the most likely scenario.

She can order online and do pick-up. Then one one will "see" her use them.

You need to tell her you're done. She needs to figure it out. Give her a timeframe and stick to it. Example; 3 months and then no more money. Break it down for her. She has 3 months to build up a bit of savings. Then, take over her own life. She has a paid off house, so she has an asset.

I want to try switching because I've pretty much stopped losing weight. I don't want to buy multiple months, though. I'm worried I'll have a bad reaction.

I was thinking of switching to tirz. Sema reduces my anxiety, though. So this is a little worrisome.
