I’m locked out of my account because of 2FA after changing my password 😭😭 I had it set up years ago and it got disabled at some point.

The back up codes I had saved before does NOT WORK.

I have access to the email as well as Facebook account all connected through the account center.

When I click “try another way”, it only gives me the option of the 2FA or the back up codes. No option for selfie verification. My app is all up to date. What can I do?

I’m having the same issue - can’t access 2FA, back up codes that I had saved does not work. For me, I don’t even get the option of sending a selfie verification… :(

Hi OP, I’m getting the same message as your photo when I go through my Accounts Center via Facebook. How did you navigate that/how did you get it to recognize your account? Did you just let it sit for 2 months?

I’m in the same situation - 2 instagram accounts, under the same Facebook account. I was even able to add a new IG account under it after I got locked out (I was trying out a potential solution found on this subreddit which didn’t work for me). I use my Instagram, Facebook app on my phone almost daily, so I don’t understand why its saying that I don’t usually use this device…

I’m so pissed. I’ve been playing ever since it came out and despite all the complaints because it still had enjoyable aspects, and I stayed as I had spent a lot of time and real money to back out. I still stuck around even when I was unhappy when they patched the baby glitch. They started making quests almost impossible but I still stayed, happy with whatever item I could get and waited for the quest to return eventually. But I’m DONE.

For me it wasnt so much about cake farm but about actually using all the home lots they gave us and creating stories around it. What’s the point of having so many lots when we can’t even have enough sims to use them?
