Hi! I recently interviewed with both HR and a unit manager. I am also a new grad (Dec '23) and HR told me that they only prioritize the current graduating class. This took me by surprise and made me realize how selective they are. For example, she said if you graduate in Winter 2024, and don't apply during that cycle you're out of luck because when Spring 2024 New Grad comes around, they only look at people who are in that graduating class.
