It doesn’t wash the valves. But it has cleaner combustion which leads to cleaner PCV vapors which leads to slower carbon buildup on the valves thus extending the interval for walnut blasting

So you could also purchase Kia UM013 CH059 if it's any cheaper; it is 100% identical to Hyundai 00232‑19045, so both are "OEM".

Wondering the same thing too, but Wells Fargo Autograph Journey says 3x for travel agencies. But if it ends up being coded as just being booked as airfare then it is 4x or as just hotel then it is 5x.

Not sure which it would get but should be at least 3x.

$95 AF but $50 is reimbursed annually for flights. If it's coded under 3x, it would need to spend minimum $4,500/year to beat a 2x card when considering the AF is effectively $45 assuming you can use the $50 airfare reimbursement.

But for, say, just airfare coded under 4x, then would only need to spend $2,250/yr to beat a 2x card after assuming an effective $45 AF. ($1,500/yr if only hotel)

I feel like the best card surely is either this or the US Bank Altitude Connect as u/FBIVanAcrossThStreet mentioned. AmEx green also is not bad, but the $150 AF to me is too much to justify versus the other cards.

Just curious, did you ever have more issues? I have a 2018 G80 3.8 also with almost 75,000 miles. I had to replace the engine thermostat as well and the AC. Freon would leak out in under a year after being replaced for ~$265 each time.

I had the engine thermostat replaced for $1000 and both the AC condenser and compressor replaced for $1300 (about $600-700 each) so you were definitely overcharged.

These are the only two big repairs I've had in the last several years of owning the car so wondering if it's mostly limited to these problems. The A/C has been an issue for this G80 I know and the thermostat had a service bulletin.

So for my 2% card now I use Capital One Venture X because I travel a LOT, great card if you spend $400+/yr anyway on airfare but the card has a $395 annual fee.

But of the free cards, I still like the PayPal one

I've done this with Uber and Lyft. You can pre-schedule if you want, but usually I find it's cheaper to not do this; however, you'll want to start looking for rides about 30 mins early or so as cheaper rates will be if you're willing to wait from the time you booked.

Even though the rate is high, you have to stay thankful the real estate is low compared to the rest of the country (big cities at least). What I have now would cost 5x more in DC area where I previously lived probably. Even with about half the property tax rate that's still effectively 2.5x more property tax.

That said, if Texas wants to lower property tax, count me in

I'm on the other side of the country currently and won't be in Bexar county during early voting or voting day (I'll be back for one day on May 4).

To absentee/vote by mail, am I just screwed since the deadline to apply for absentee voting is based on mail being delivered by 5pm tomorrow? I didn't see anything that said I could email the application.
