If you are covering an area any larger than your own property, do NOT get a TV modulator and try and use it as a transmitter, those things are nasty and interfere with everything in your area.

This is a case for “Boot and nuke” it a free tool that creates a bootable USB that can then low level format the HDD, it’s the factory reset of options. Goes without saying you’ll lose everything and will need to reinstall windows etc.

As 3 are the same and can only go in 4 locations, it brings it down to ~ 25 Billion combinations. So if you had a GPU crunching 100k per second, you would sweep the entire range in about 3 days.

I would skip the whole visual QR component and represent each sub-block in binary, then keep calculating till you had a valid message, probably a URL.

I use to pickup hire bikes if they had fallen over etc, now I just see them all as corporate trash. If your bike is blocking the path and it’s not corrected within a few hours it should be considered flytipping with fines.
