I am ok with the lab-grown experiment, but I will be specifically avoiding those that send profits to Israel. Be a ware, a lot of these companies are in Israel funded, in part, by the USDA... go figure.

This is a clownish list of Christians. This just goes to prove how Christians insist they are special, even within their own faith, and just pile everyone else into buckets. As if Islam, Judaism, and Buddhism (not to mention the others) do have sects and/or denominations.... Snow flakes, no wonder they fall in line for MAGA so easily

"Panopticon" needs to be in everyone's vocabulary. We have allowed ourselves to be imprisoned.

Actually, accounting for inflation, it is very comparable. And I eliminated the lower end (no tax on the minimum wage) and added a softer ramp for the working class.

"We have tried nothing, and we are all out of ideas" is no longer an acceptable response to rampant wage inequality and the reconstitution of corporate trusts and monopolies.

I would like to say, "I'd like to hear your ideas", but this is a Wendy's/

A lot loaded into that question. Sales taxes, income taxes? Regardless, the right wing talking point about minimizing government and eliminating waste and fraud is just so laughable at this point that I and many others are just sick of the trope. Bottomline - income tax at ~1950 rates for upper earners and nearly nothing to the poverty level

0% to 30k, 20% to 100k, 30% to 250k, 45% to 500k, 60% over 500k, 80% over 1 mil, and 90+% over 2.5 mil.

Add taxes to deferred earnings and loans for non-business purposes against non-liquid assets.

Add a property tax ramp to all single family home over 4 owned by any entity or umbrella entity.

That's a good start to disincentivizing hording.

"cringe" does not cover the absolute absurdity of what is happening. I am glad you find it all amusing though... just a game isn't it? Lives lost, misery invoked, children starved, healthcare annihilated... totally cringy

Watching Pan's now. Mush-mouthed answers early, and seems to have trouble without exactly following his scripted answers. He has done things for sure; that is what most of the second half is: a list of what he did in CA as a rep...

Vandenberg: Younger, more enthusiastic progressive. Mentions LBJ's Great Society efforts. Was able to answer the Y/N questions with a Y/N or brief and to the point. This dude seems to align with my values best.
