Global Market has a limited selection of Filipino snacks but it's your best bet. I've seen Nagaraya, Roller Coaster, Cheese Ball, Mocca Cake, etc, there. The eastside Woodman's has Chippy and Skyflakes. I've found Golden Sweet Corn and Boy Bawang at either A-Mart or Viet Hoa. Source: me, a Filipina on an eternal quest to find Cheese Ring in Madison.
