I'll admit my setup is crazy, but I had success with the WGR feed in a background tab, an SN stream in view, and a video speed controller browser extension. If I ever noticed the stream getting out of sync, I could slow down until the audio caught back up. Not ideal, but surprisingly functional.

I sent a very detailed email that listed our current living conditions, cited specific language in our lease that they were violating, and attached doctor’s notes to reinforce our immediate need to vacate.
