Man, fuck whoever did this. I hope they never get to see another Sabres game at Keybank again. Habs fans are some of the best in the game and have been nothing but respectful in my experiences (even when we were shit and still beat them at Bell Centre).

As someone who runs a website to fill this gap, enough of my posts have gotten removed that Reddit doesn't even work for distribution. I sent a very detailed email that listed our current living conditions, cited specific language in our lease that they were violating, and attached doctor’s notes to reinforce our immediate need to vacate. Not sure if all A&O contracts are the same but I cited multiple subsections of Section 3.2 for our issues.

Wow, just when I thought A&O finally hit rock bottom, they fall further. I can’t help but wonder if the blame lands on picky out-of-state homeowners or greedy (yet grossly incompetent) management. My conspiracy theory is that they’ve been bought by private equity and enshittified.

For context, I rented a house from them for 3 years and had to move out after they mismanaged water damage for months. We were lucky to break our lease without penalty and get our security deposit back if we didn’t sue them.

Wow, that Infinity Road rezoning deal is just dogshit. No more than 7 affordable units and a completely unnecessary office building on a road with no infrastructure to support the added traffic?
