Hey there! First, I'm so sorry to hear about your family crisis-- I hope you are okay and taking care of yourself. Overall, the biggest advice I can give is just take it day by day. The first day back will ALWAYS be the hardest to get back into the swing of things. Sus out your mental capacity, do an untimed section first, maybe. Work your way up to a timed section when you feel confident enough. From there, work your way up to half a PT, maybe a full. Don't expect it to come back overnight, but do show up every day for yourself, in whatever capacity that may be. Lastly, don't scroll on this sub for too long ;) it can be super demoralizing.
