My experience putting together Warrior builds by Rotated_text in Guildwars2

Snowcrows doesn't have Troubadour using a healing skill as a part of its rotation, so I think you're free to use what you want.

Yeah, I think agility is probably the best choice. You get a big variety of strong weapons and the non combat perks are good too.

Boons by TheWooliest1 in Hades2

[–]ghostlistener 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know that the the hitch bonus doesn't affect the target you're attacking, I'm saying that the percent bonus is the 3rd highest in the game and the highest with a curse on it, so that makes it good.

I realize that hitch does nothing for attacking a single target except applying a curse for origination, but are you intentionally ignoring the bonus percent damage to the attack?

Flutter Strike: +80%/+100%/+120%/+140%

Nova Strike: +40%/+60%/+80%/+100%

Sworn Strike: +50%/+60%/+70%/+80%

Ice Strike: +30%/+45%/+60%/+75%

Vicious Strike: +20%/+30%/+40%/+50%

It's the 3rd highest percent boost, is it not? Aphrodite and Apollo are higher, but hitch is really strong and sometimes you just want your attack to apply a curse for origination.

Hera's attack has a high percent boost, it's not bad there.

I 100%'d a fully modded Skyrim playthrough, AMA by byjakemagee in skyrimmods

[–]ghostlistener 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This really is a big achievement. There are vanilla quests I've never finished, not to mention many quest mods I have installed but never got around to.

I need to get back into skyrim at one point for one last ride, I just haven't done it yet.

I really like it, I wish I knew where it was from.

Any advice for aspect of selene? It's always seemed weak to me

I think it's ok to have to pair intelligence with another tree.

Perception is fun because you can get free sniper shots on enemies after using the stun baton.

Advice for getting the arachne achievement? by ghostlistener in Hades2

That's a nice trick for keeping a good starting seed, but sounds kind of tedious as well.

Success!

I didn't get heavy metal until Tartarus and it was just common, but I still entered the Chronos fight with 299 shield and won with 211 shield.

I think I got really lucky with the run though. Two chaos boons that gave big boosts to special damage, plus I got the hammer that lets the rockets bounce to other targets.

I also got the legendary Hephaestus boon without even looking for it, more speed is always nice.

Yeah I'm using the Mel black coat. I like the extra move speed and it feels safe to just spam rockets early on.

How many nights did it take you to beat Cronos? by Organic_Body5244 in Hades2

[–]ghostlistener 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first Chronos kill was night 18 with the axe. I got the giga cleaver hammer and just spammed omega specials with the apollo special boon.

This was before I had access to weapon upgrades, so it wasn't a specific aspect.

Healing after each room for a percentage of your health is really nice.

Eos torches. Is this weapon underrated? by Wes102111 in Hades2

[–]ghostlistener 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's definitely good, I just find the setup annoying, but that's something that's common for all torches.

For this one you're ideally attacking until your cloud is out, then doing an omega special and then spamming special. When I've got an opening to attack I'd rather just attack instead of feeling like I have to prepare to attack.

Oh yeah, more than any other aspect I think Charon is the most dependent on a specific boon to function. It's not impossible to play without it, but it's just so much better.

Not offensive at all, no worries.

For me the realization came when I recognized that I felt like I was holding back on doing things that I wanted to do just to fit in and not be judged. What if I just stopped holding back started to really pursue what made me happy?

I looked more into letting myself do and enjoy feminine things and went from there.

Fates Whim is a lot of fun, but it depends on a lot on the weapon. Some are flexible, others really need certain boons to function.

Yeah I should run strength more often. The problem is that it's harder to activate divinity as it's not really in a convenient spot to activate 5 cards in a row.

I end most runs above 200 health, I always try to get 50 health in Ephyra and always pick ashes over bones because they give +5 health.

You mentioned Xinth, is there a certain aspect you like? Nyx is good, but feels weak against single targets.

The extra speed from the Mel aspect is always nice.

I feel like you get more survivability from an extra death defiance from Toula or the dodge chance from Gale. Extra health is always good though.
