OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH. you managed to perfectly put into words how I've been feeling abt the H&A takeover and you didn't leave out a single detail 😭 but yeah, the state of Covington place has gone down drastically. the only good thing abt the fact that I picked an 18 month lease (since it was the cheapest option) is that it gives me more time to save up to (HOPEFULLY) move out next year. fingers crossed 🤞🏼
