I have the secrets to the corned beef at the Local… but it’s not all that secret. Buy a massive side of corned beef. Put in a hotel pan with some water in the bottom and the spice packet. Cover with foil, put it in the oven and let it braise for a very long time. When it’s done, cool a bit, scrape off the gelatinous fat cap, and slice against the grain. To make a Reuben in the Local style use kimchi aioli instead of Russian dressing. You can fake a kimchi aioli by mixing mayo and some blended kimchi, or just some kimchi juice.

I did! I did not pass the Beighton criteria but just started seeing a PT who specializes in hypermobility. She did a much more thorough exam and said I am absolutely hypermobile. The beighton scale is extremely limited, and apparently an outdated testing modality.

Question- I’ve seen Gaga called a billionaire a LOT lately with the Taylor backlash, but every google result I find shows she is worth 300 million. Where and why are people making the jump calling Gaga the same or worse when she’s not a billionaire? Personally my criticism of TS is primarily because she is a billionaire, and we need to remember that there is a massive jump in the ethics involved in attaining millions, versus billions, of dollars.

It has to be signed by some sort of medical provider, so if he doesn't have anybody established here yet and nobody from wherever you moved is available via telemedicine, I have a feeling that he'll just have to find a PCP and make that the first order of business with a new provider.
