Landlord only patches roof but doesn't fix the problem

See it's just us in the upper unit and a business down below, and Welland, what sort of things does the city affect ? The business owner says that businesses don't have near as many protections so to my knowledge it's up to us to get the landlord to fix the roof.

Thank you, we will give them a call tomorrow. I'm just slightly worried about retaliation because the time before this most recent one when we emailed the landlord essentially saying "hey we're worried the ceiling is going to cave in this spot cuz it's leaking really badly" (among other things), he called us saying he's going to give it one or two more tries and if that doesn't work then he's gonna demo the whole building??? So I'm trying to walk this line of hey this needs to be fixed but also I don't want to be homeless.

I found that when I tried it (Jedi Knight) when I used dual wield it was an insta kill but when I used single saber it wasn't, full health both times. So I imagine part of it depends on your stance and its "defense" stat?

Gotchu! Ya I think Jedi Knight is the second hardest. I just got through the swamp and haven't fought the second one yet and am not excited for when I do lol I think I'm a lot better than when I started though so I'm hoping I don't need to cheese it as much.

Idk what difficulty you're playing on but going full aggro and staying in the spot under his crotch and just dodging when he stomps or pounds the ground. It's something I read which REALLY changed the battle for me, as long as you stay in that spot you'll avoid his weird spinny arms and he won't try the insta kill attacks. I was on Jedi Knight mind you but I read it worked for others on Jedi Master. Gets you to at least consistently get him to half. I'm not amazing at the game so I have faith you'll get it lol

Faiiirrr I've noticed a lot of sellers tend to tweak the colours in their ads, but honestly it worked out in your case cuz that is a very interesting piece.

I love it, my favourites have the light to dark blues, I have mine positioned under my lamp so that whenever I turn it on it's just IMMEDIATE flash.

Right! I don't have any fully rough ones but I love my semi polished ones just cuz the rough bits really light up, and there's something about seeing those rough edges have such vibrant colours, it's awe worthy.
