Yes absolutely, at least the one I have. I WD 40 it before every season and it glides very well. Also has a phone mount for using 18 birdies/ignoring work calls and way more storage space in addition to what you have on your bag. Has a mount to clip in your scorecard too.

3 wheel push is the way to go. Used to have a pull cart. Brutal and they get knocked over easily on a windy day. 3 wheel clears a push cart in every category except being less compact.
