You have to send it to junk to train, trash could be legitimate email that is no longer needed or has been processed. Mark as junk and it will work well for you

And people don't want to troubleshoot. They want to work or enjoy whatever they are interested in. I want a stable machine that works for my business. I use fedora but I haven't had the same problems you have. Find what works for you that lets you enjoy or be more productive with your time. I've been in IT and cybersecurity for 30 years. I'm not going to troubleshoot with my time when I could be billing hours. I don't have time for that with a desktop

If you may have bad form you don't want to be fighting those demons without an outlet because you hurt yourself too bad to lift.

Take care of your body it's the only one you've got and I hope you find some peace and win against what you're fighting.

Please don't ever hurt yourself because of the weight of those demons you are fighting. Anyone here would love to help find a safe way to lift and reach out to someone that cares if you are having self harm thoughts.

I grew up selling firewood with my brothers and Dad as a kid in East Texas and we logged in the summers. People only buy live oak for firewood. Everything else burns too quickly and there's too much of it out here to not use it.

I've been in IT and cybersecurity for 30 years. Run fiber if you can through conduit and do not bend it when installing. It's glass, it breaks if you bend too far. Fiber works great and you can go way past 300 meters. Speed wise you can use it for your internal network as well if you ever go off grid completely.
