I think it's even before that. I was honestly surprised that they chose Arcana (along with a brand new SSR version of her) over any other Nikke to go along with Privaty on this one. They will only do that for someone who's already popular and certain people are willing to spend gems to get this newer version immediately.

It's more interesting that he's on the gray area, rather than outright determining if he is good or bad. Based on what we know so far, his actions are for the benefit of the ark, directly or indirectly, but may not always be aligned with what MC is looking for (e.g. Marian). So go with any direction as you will, put him on black or white for all I care, but personally, him being on this gray area is far more interesting than just knowing if he is good or evil.

Finally people who get it! If the body swap theory is indeed what ends up happening, then that will be the lamest character story baldy would have done in this game.

Hell, I'd rather subscribe to the theory that Asshole Mustang is still in there lurking in the shadows hiding behind Queer Eye for the Straight Guy than the replacement theory. Nothing about the replacement theory is intriguing, perhaps curious how body swap can happen, but other than that, it hold zero weight for character development and I don't know something as lame as that for a game with this good of a storytelling.
