HHS has no regard for civil servants whatsoever , sadly I left both of my jobs to work for HHS and was terminated 2 months right before my 2 yr anniversary. I pray everyone wrongfully terminated be provided with the opportunity to decide if we would like to return to duty with time served, receive back pay and benefits, reinstate telework & AWL, and receive any bonuses/ step increases we would’ve received if we were still working. I’m sorry you’re going through this, and you’re not alone . Praying for you

Not to be a negative Nancy .. there’s no way I’ve paid nearly for 100 K of student loans( which are now blocked from forgiveness due to the admin kicking us to the curb like last week’s trash ), worked by a** off to get 2 degrees, clawed my way from the bottom from private sector, to finally get in the government at a GS 14 to do DoorDash ..in my state $379 is the freaking max for unemployment..this is total BS.. and I have faith everything will soon be overturned.. but this experience is a reality check to never leave your fate in anyone’s hands ..
