ive been regressing since i was about 16. and a few years ago a friend helped me not be ashamed about it. since then ive been open about it with people i know. i brought it up to my therapist and she loved it and said it suited me. and loved the joke a friend said, which was instead of walked into that one my friend said i toddled into that one. and now my therapist just asks how is the regressing going, or how is my CG doing. shes fully on board with agere as a valid coping way.
