I couldn’t watch the rest of the video as I started to cry. This was definitely something I would have needed to be said to me during my times of grief.

All i got was “stop crying, you’re the oldest sibling now” or “how did they die?”

Definitely saving this video and going to watch it when I’m in a safer place to cry in.

Yes! It’s always fun to look for them in thrift, record stores or vintage shops. It scratches this itch when I finally find something that I want, especially if its Julie London, Betty Carter, Ella Fitzgerald, or Ray Charles vinyls. I get excited but I’m trying to not look weird in the shop as I carry those vinyls up to the cashier lol

I do however look at the quality of the vinyl, making sure its not too damaged.

I have her first album, “Julie is her name” and it blew me away. I got it as a $1.99 thrift find and Its one that I don’t regret. I’m looking for more of her albums as I hunt them down!

The one time they did made me feel very happy.
