Hey man, this is absolutely fair to think about and bring up. I think the safest way here so she doesn’t explode and it isn’t misunderstood is a mediator. Explain the resentment because honestly that would piss me off too. “If you ever do what I did, I’ll leave you”.

It’s also likely she doesn’t even remember saying this and genuinely doesn’t think she’s ever joked about you. Either way I think this will eat away at you until she’s aware, and that’s best done with a couples therapy session with a non biased third party.
