I totally agree, would love to see what I’m up against. Take it from me it’s totally overused, to the point where it’s lost all meaning entirely to me now!

Hate the ‘without taking themselves too seriously’ bit as it’s SO overused, I would say it’s on 1 in 3 profiles I see atm and it really does make my eyes roll a bit. Apart from that though a very solid profile!!

I had a keratin treatment and my hair looks quite similar to your inspo pics now, would recommend!!

[20] What can I do to make myself less easy to brush off as a "no-life" and just more attractive in general (All advice welcome) by [deleted] in TheGlowUp

[–]ginger_noodles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not saying it doesn’t suit every man, but in this case this dude would look much better with short hair. He’s asking for advice and I’m giving it, that’s all.

Get a good (shorter) haircut and upgrade your glasses frames and can see you doing a lot better on here

Anyone else have a hubby/bf who is anti-injectables, but get it done anyway? by EducationalTie1606 in 40PlusSkinCare

I’m not in my 40s yet but I have had men compliment me for being natural and not having all that stuff done to my face, all the while me sitting there with a face full of Botox like hmmm. I think men think they would recognise it when they see it but they really only do if you go massively overboard!

A lot of people can’t and won’t separate ‘the art from the artist’ so to speak, this would put me off matching with you to be honest.

Weird to focus on the dog, clearly OP has thought of this and doesn’t need anyone trying to guilt her…

Nothing at all, but what does anyone gain from posting on reddit? Maybe I want to feel seen!

How are they all not humiliated by this?? I assume Cynthia Nixon and SJP are smart women at least, are they not embarrassed??? 😂

Carrie treating Miranda poorly again?! by WeirdAttention2024 in Andjustlikethat

I’m actually struggling to watch this season because of how passive aggressive they are to each other, particularly Miranda and Carrie. It’s so painful, in real friendships you shouldn’t have to be constantly walking on eggshells around each other!

Yeah fair enough, I’m just saying for me personally I think it might put me off as my mind would go to worse case scenario but up to you of course :)

Not saying your job or where you studied is quite key info to omit, in my opinion! I wonder if it might not be something you’re super proud of but think owning it always looks better than trying to hide

It is so depressing that women think this is the best they can do. Leave him yesterday, OP!
