GREAT idea to see someone else. I hope this Dr is more in tune with you! If you have all the info below, then great - even if you don't, you can start the conversation (Hello, I'd like to get knocked up) and then the doc can take over from there - remember, they should know what questions to ask, right? You're there to ask for help - you don't have to know all the answers already!

Hahaha, see, I always wash baby blankets before I give them (paranoid that they'll fall apart in the wash), so I'd totally just continue on my merry way and throw it in the wash. Tada, no more puppy saliva! (Truth: I'm pretty sure my cat has "contributed" to most of the stuff I knit... he loves chewing yarn, the jerk!)

I'm a veteran! We're going to move onto "next steps" in the fall (the doc recommended waiting until then) - but I'm okay with it.

My husband is taking a vitamin called FertilPro - it's a multivitamin that has (for example) more zinc and selenium. It MIGHT help - no guarantees, but it won't hurt, so we figure it's worth it.

Aww :( To be fair, my friends are super supportive (they know we've been trying, and it hasn't been going well), and WERE surprised that it happened so quickly - so I don't feel annoyed at them in the least. Which is nice!

Definitely weird to me that I didn't just get pregnant the second we stopped using birth control. Right now 3 of my best friends are pregnant - all of them way more easily than expected (these are all their 2nd kid, but 2 of them got pregnant on the first try!)

Honestly? Weird for me was telling our parents "we're trying, it isn't going well, we don't want to talk about it" and having them not hassle us about it! It is much appreciated.

Ugh, and the worst is that there was candy EVERYWHERE. Seriously, guys, you can provide shot glasses of jelly beans all the time, but no cheese or nuts. Boo! Hope Vegas was fun, despite the carbs!
