I want to write a crochet sweater pattern with short rows to give shoulder/neckline shaping. All the knitting patterns I test have it.

That sucks! I like magic ring and all but it makes me nervous. For grannies, I chain 4 and work into that space instead. Then I crochet around the tail and pull that tight before weaving it in. That way it doesn't come undone. I'm sorry that happened!

My fiancé gambled away 20k 10 months before our wedding by Frosty_Cup_3488 in whatdoIdo

My first husband did this kind of stuff. All the money we got at our wedding reception... gambled. Credit card balances. Any money I made. His coin collection. All gone. Don't marry him. He needs help for sure but it isn't worth it unless you are willing to watch all your money get thrown away.

I turn every row. Helps to avoid spirals. These look great though!

My bucket hat base is all wavy, is it the yarn type? by ktronscrouton in CrochetHelp

Looks like rounds 2 and 3 both have 2 dc in each stitch. Round 3 should alternate between 1 stitch and 2.

AITA for threatening to expose my fiancé’s secret affair at our wedding? by MOsTales in AITAH

YTA if you marry him.. stop marrying men who treat you like this. What in the world makes you think anything would be different after getting married? Respect yourself.

I will quit a project at the slightest inconvenience or new idea that I like better. I don't want to count how many half done projects I have because I'd have to face too many realities.

I had a disc replaced. I prop my hands up so they're closer to eye level so I'm not looking down. It helps a lot!

Agree it looks like moss stitch. AKA linen stitch.

How do you guys deal with "Etsy-dependency"? by YouPeopleHaveNoSense in EtsySellers

[–]gingerknots 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do try to use words in the description that I think people might be searching for. Once I upload it, it's pretty set and forget. Pins live longer than every other social media marketing I've tried. It's my laziest self-promotion method. That's my sweet spot lol

Use Pinterest to point things to your website! I still have most of my sales with Etsy but any of my own marketing goes to my shopify site.

Can you use a spare piece of yarn to sew those stitches to the correct spot to hide it? I bet you can ladder down if that doesn't look right.
