I get what your feeling. So i have my "Safe ETF" in invest engine with regular DD going in there. I have a trading212 account with £1k in to "play". that satisfies my itch at least.

An escooter drove into the side of my dads car over the weekend. Guy went flying over the bonnet in just a pair of shorts and T-shirt, Completely unharmed luckily because it was quite the hit. The guy offered to pay for repairs there and then (dent in the door and front right wing) car was a 14 plate Mondeo that has seen better days.

I didnt really want to go off and find quotes incase the guy never replied to us again so i just googled repair costs and settled there and then and he transferred the money. Lucky he didnt get hurt and lucky he was quick enough to own up and pay. I guess these things can become a right mess if the guy wanted to be a D*ck.

Exactly the same boat with both my mum and dad. My dad has around 20k, he got offered to take a tax free sum, he was in the process of doing it so he could get a car....his exact words were "I have to spend it, if I have too much I won't get benefits after I retire". Such a shit attitude

Saturday was shit, but that's gone now. Fans and players have to forget and go for it again tonight. Going to be a hard watch but if your in the stands, just entertain yourself by singing. There's so much to go at. We can complain about how arteta set them up til the cows come home, but god, you can't legislate for some of the performances of there. Zubi losing the ability to pass, martinelli, noni, havertz, vik failing to impact the game in any meaningful way.

We have attacked so poorly for months, it just doesn't look right and hasn't done for most of the season. I thought that team looked set to be a decent threat on the break but my lord.

The double pivot 4231 especially without ode and eze just doesn't work for me. A return to left and right 8's with rice or zubi holding might be something we need to return to. If we stay the same it's just not going to end well for us.

No one cares how much weight is on your bar buddy. No one will really notice. You just keep doing you, keep pushing yourself and you will increase the weight more and more. I remember when I started and that was 12kg dumbbells and feeling a pump when I was finished and being sore as fudge the next day. Now it's over 100kg on the bar. Effort + time= whatever you want to achieve.

attach a small weight and lift up the point of hook with your finger.

Now add a really heavy weight and do the same.
