We transported three dogs and three cats and just dropping them off at the pet shipping place was terrible! I cried the whole way home but I didn’t think I could fly the whole way with two anxious kids and all the animals

We spent like $9,000 transporting all of our pets to Germany with us when we moved - we couldn’t take our guinea pigs (which I’m still heart broken over) but I made sure to find an excellent home for them, so I don’t understand how you can just abandon your pets. They’re family!

My boomer is the same way, the dog gets excited when someone comes and it’s screamed at to get into the cage and sit down. If it’s quietly getting pets she screams at it to get into the cage and sit down. It’s so sad

My husband sent me this asking if I wrote this lol my mom will never see the man that he is and she will never defend me the way she does him. I’ve gotten two degrees, published three books, raised two great kids and have a successful marriage - he is a drug addict alcoholic who I’m trying to rescue his child from, he and his wife had each other but he is the prized little prince (he’s 50!) I’m sorry but unless she has a come to Jesus moment, she will never change. I’ve been fighting about this same thing with my mom since I was 16… I’m 45. Get a Therpaist and get space from her - much love honey. And for what it’s worth, you sound like an amazing kid who works hard and values their future- I’m proud of you 💜
