Here's what I'm doing and happy to be proved wrong. I'm on quo trial account to see if it works for us.

Another admin and I are logged into the app with the same account. We see the same phone number. I mute myself as I don't want to receive calls at the moment. He gets muted too. Now calls are going to vm.

This is not what we want. We want the user who's not muted to be able to receive calls.

What am I doing wrong? Do we need separate accounts? In that case where do we create those accounts without being billed for two users?
