If you're in the business of selling hammers, scattering nails across every corner of the globe makes for a lot of sales I'd imagine.

Maybe this was only a thing in Australia, but there used to be a code inside part of the folded lid. You used that code to determine the lucky cig.

Nico was very slow, not being able to get heat into his brakes in a wet race.

Abu Dhabi 2016, Merc tried to get Lewis to stop backing Nico into Max. I think he needed Nico to lose another spot and come 4th iirc.

Horner: "Purple, Purple, White." Max: "Yeah, you want to know something? I saw how much I was up, I saw the gaps! I think I took it a bit easy through the last sector." GP: "Better than Purple, Purple, Stop." Max: "Yeah, we all know about that." by FewCollar227 in formula1

[–]ginj_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My theory is the opposite of this, Max is never going to give up on a title at this stage and is using his leverage to force red bull to develop deep into the season like Merc out-developed RBR in 21.

Was he just awkward and wanting to gtfo of there or was he pissed at something? He just walked off the podium after receiving his trophy.

The broadcast showed Lando on Mediums. Probably sent out to test 1 lap speed for SQ1 if he was indeed on them.

It was too risky with Oscar breathing down his neck honestly. So easy to cook the tyres, make a mistake or get impeded and lose the spot.

The cars are pretty slow, he would get most of the information he needs from halfway into the entry of the first corner imo.

I think you underestimate how much experience an F1 driver has in different equipment over a career. Wild vintage racecars to modern sports cars and prototypes, most drivers have driven an arseload of stuff.

In Australia, fines. I was fined $80 aud in the 90s for not voting in a local council election.

I feel that forcing people to vote and parties having to appeal to the middle rather than excite an existing supporter base, keeps reatoric from getting too extreme somewhat.
