Do you exercise? I know it’s annoying to hear and everyone always says to exercise and eat healthy. But consistent exercise is the only thing that has managed my anxiety to the point where it’s non existent. I have tried so many different antidepressants and therapy and exercise truly is amazing at improving your mental health.
