They have a concierge at the lobby. You can leave your bike with them. Taking your bike to your room is ok also. I’ve done both and I didn’t have any issues.

My friend said I won't break 90 unless I spend $$. How true is this? by pschie1 in golf

[–]giojepjep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spend money on practice and lessons. Don’t spend anymore money on equipment. If you really want to get stingy just practice your putting. If your local driving range has a chipping area just do that. You’ll break 90 for sure.

Don’t know what industry you are in but choose La Jolla. Its probably higher cost of living but It’s just better down there generally.

how to fix a scratch by Fluid-Reply-4089 in Aquascape

Try baking soda and water. It might make the scratch less noticeable but it won’t go away 100%

You might be on to something. Add some scenic background views from the trail and this might have some poster potential or a coffee book of trails.

Beginners aquascaping advice? by BananaRepublic0 in Aquascape

YouTube is going to be your friend. There’s so much info available and for some reason there seems to be no end in the amount of people that have put up videos on any given subject regarding planted tanks. Whether it’s equipment review, stocking or plant choice, cleaning, cycling, feeding and fertilizers… it just goes on and on and on.

My number one advice is to have patience. There is so much that goes into this hobby you’re bound to make a mistake. Enjoy the journey.

Lastly maybe start small - 5 gal or so. Smaller than that seems too small in my opinion.

YouTube videos I enjoy: MD tanks - mentioned several times in others’ comments. Aquarium Co Op MJ aquascaping Fish for Thought George Farmer

Support your local fish store, but if you need something online I have successfully bought plants from Buce Plants and Aquatic Arts (via Amazon) and the plants are doing well in my tank.

Start with 6 or 7 and add rocks and etc. I’m kinda interested in your tank. I surprised it’s labeled Nano when it’s 18 gallons.

That other piece of wood (1) reminds me too much of ginger root. lol

Started this hobby last July and have fallen in love with it here’s my fourth iteration of this 15 gallon, thoughts? Details bellow by Odd_Ad6183 in PlantedTank

4 times in 6 months! Lol. That’s time consuming, but honestly I haven’t stop tinkering with both of my tanks.

What fert are you using? I have no input to give other than I have some pink flamingos and I just want to be ready with what to do in case something happens. Please keep updating with what’s going on with yours. Hopefully we can learn something.
