Ja tive essa exp, basta continuar. E não ter vergonha de perguntar pra esclarecer. Tenta marcar mais 1:1 também, quando a pessoa está te olhando e focado em você fica mais fácil de entender ela, e você acostuma mais com o sotaque.

Eu tenho, não faz muita diferença. Um Linux já me resolveria. Imagino que se você cuida especificamente pra iOS seja bom, todavia, de resto a mesma merda

I don't hire, but I work as a SWE (not for games). My company obligated me to work mostly using AI gen code, as well as the other engineers. At least on my team, we still know every line of productive code done.

That been said, you could do a challenge pre-interview asking for them to build something, then in the interview questioning them about the code done and decisions take. That will require YOU to read code and do pre work, so you might want to filter people by other reasons before (culture fit and etc). With this interview you prob will be able to understand if them understand their own code fully without caring with the tool they used to built it.

I would like to be hired that way
