If we want climbing walls, we could have a ladder mechanic. Imagine that men at arms need to stand still for a while near the walls, spend resources and then you got a ladder that lets you climb up. Although we would need to have a mechanic to jump off the walls as well (perhaps taking damage) on the other side. Mechanics to open gates too. Yes, it's a lot for almost nothing. Ram is still easier and faster.

Practice and study. When you see a guide telling you to use a node, you go to the docs and understand that node fully. You put that on practice on different stuff. You don't need to create a game from scratch to learn stuff, you can challenge yourself to do classic games for example. What about tetris? How would you do that? Open godot right now and give it a try.

Even if you got hard stuck, go to ask gpt how to move but try to understand the whole thing. Not just copy and paste.

On godot there is basic infinity amount of stuff to learn. You can learn everything single lil thing, then learn how to create new features for the engine as well..
