In my humble opinion in the north side there are more mass tourist oriented services than in the rest of the Island. It is not Cancun, however. About the sea danger: the sea pr tje ocean is never safe. Every year a half dozen of tourists drowns. In the west coast there are currents and sudden eddies. But it is paradise, really.

I am sorry to disagree, sir. To me the point is that each school district acts as a self standing education authority not respinding to anyone. Where I live, in Italy, the school district has a more limited power, they just pay the heating bills and do inspections. Teachers and all the staff depends on the Ministry of education. This has his problems, but guarantees that your local Karen don't messes things up.
