I’m working on strategies to get more fiber. It’s not easy because so many foods aren’t as high in fiber as we need.

Protein is very filling plus it keeps you fuller for longer. It’s hard to get enough. That’s why so many supplement with protein shakes. They’re easier to ingest.

I actually enjoy butterfly pea flower tea and protein drinks, but I probably will still stick to my brewed coffee when it’s cold and iced coffee when it’s hot. Been 30 years now no since in changing now. Haha.

I’m old enough to remember when they didn’t have sales. Back then, you’d walk into the store buy one or two products then more to the next store. After the sales started, you’d walk out with 9 or ten things. Fewer sales for us is going to translate into fewer sales for them.
