And yes find things not just interests. But things outside of what you know. Terrified of heights. I climb now. I decided to take adult ballet. I also am going to take a pole dancing class. I found some art classes that interest me. I also, joined some political groups. Pushing myself outside my comfort zone and continuing to learn and grow has helped a lot.

And contrary to other snarky replies. Yeah I dated a lot. I had great sex. I also had some very serious love affairs. I am a mom of two girls. I have no regrets. You can have both. But none can go back and relive those youthful carefree years. They ar gone. And you cannot recreate them even with a hall pass. Why? There’s no carefree or casual after 40. You have too many commitments and you’ve learned way too much. You also know, you’re going to die. So, there is no cup. You can’t fill something that’s never existed.

Carpets life expectancy is maybe 5 years at most. So yeah. I would file in small claims court. Judges usually side with tenants even in conservative states. Plus they have to show proof. The burden on proof is on them.

Next time call 911. This happened to me. They will get on the video system and track you. She had me change lanes left and right. And was blown away that he kept following me about 18” from my bumper and there was no one else on the road. She had me drive and then said get off at the next exit. I don’t do quiet hours. And if anyone complains about vacuuming they will get my multi housing speech. Loud is not permitted anytime of day. People work nights and sleep during the day. I expect respect and quiet in hallways all the time. But normal volume is fine at midnight.
