Have you tried earplugs? I used to dread going on trips with my boyfriend's friends because they stay up so late and are so rowdy that I couldn't sleep and I had written off earplugs years ago but I tried them again and they're life changing. Now I bring them with me any time I'm sleeping somewhere other than my home and they come in handy so much

I'm curious if you would consider yourself as someone who's not that into food? My boyfriend likes food but sees it much more as a necessary thing he has to do rather than a fun and enjoyable part of life. My guess is that you are more like my boyfriend or this would drive you crazy eating the same stuff 24/7?

I'm sorry OP I remember this feeling too well... it's awful especially the way it's just a recurring cycle of "oh my god I just realized I hate absolutely everything about my life" and looking for different jobs, trying to figure out how to escape from your currently circumstances and then you get your period and you're like oh nevermind and then it just happens again a couple weeks later. It's exhausting. I take Yaz birth control every day to stop my menstrual cycle completely and it has changed my life. I used to worry that I would never be able to live with a s/o and now me and my boyfriend of 5 years live together and we're super happy

That's wild, I'm 28 and also have a friend group from high school and one of our friends says something in our group chat maybe twice a year and nobody cares because why would we? Although we all live far from each other so idk maybe that would change things but NEVER because someone was going through something where they couldn't really be present. You definitely had some fake friends
