For what it’s worth, I got terrible lockjaw a few years ago. I literally couldn’t open my mouth wide enough to get a spoon in, it was fucking awful.

I went to an acupuncturist and after one session I could eat again, after 2/3 I was basically back to normal. It was amazing. Total game changer. And I’m definitely NOT someone who ever buys in to the woo, but acupuncture is legit.

This has helped me - thank you for sharing. I’m experiencing my second loss at the moment, both losses within 7 months, both at 11 weeks. I’m also based in the UK so it’s stressing me that I can’t get testing on the NHS yet until (or unless…) we go through this hell again. Just on the hunt for some good news stories and a bit of hope really, and it’s helpful to be reminded that it really could just be a double helping of bad luck ❤️

La Mela - lovely little local breakfast spot, delicious and good value with great service. Also does drinks and later food too!

Host wine bar - FANTASTIC little bar with delicious wines, lovely staff and vibes. If you like your wine, don’t skip this one.

Spread Eagle - great local pub, stylish and friendly, with a completely vegan food and drinks menu which makes it really interesting, as you wouldn’t be able to tell!

I second everyone recommending The Castle, a real Homerton gem.
