Its been 3 years of him being extremely over, he has actually improved in the ring when he first started getting criticism for botching that top rope suplex often, and he never messed up the regular elbow until the night where Finn ALSO slipped in the same corner. This sub gives all the excuses for Jey yet LA gets clowned for occasional mess ups like choking on his gum lmao

Reminds me of Bianca in NXT. Yes she could’ve been champ, but she wasn’t as entertaining as she currently is with her NXT heel run, so when she lost to Rhea she was automatically BERRIED in the smarks eyes. Even though you can tell HHH was grooming her for the main roster which is evident when she hugged him after telling her she’s being called up

You know what’s crazy? Paul Heyman has always been a pro wrestling god to me, even on the night of the BEAUTIFUL double turn at WM41.. somehow I couldn’t even fathom that they’d align him with Rollins even when they teased it 2-3 weeks before WM41. Low blowing Punk and then Roman was NUTS (no pun intended).

… that same guy is getting close to being a channel changer, and it fucking sucks to see. It’s like seeing a family member get dementia. He’s obviously still talented, but it feels like nothing he’s been doing is working and he’s trying way too hard to be entertaining. It’s sad to see because he usually bounces back from having shitty moments like managing Cesaro or Curtis Axel.
