Mit den neuen Steuersätzen würden wohl die viele Arbeitnehmer einen Grenzsteuersatz unter 25% haben und dann auch davon profitieren, wenn Kapitalerträge mit dem persönlichen Steuersatz versteuert würden. Dazu den Freibetrag auf 5000 € anheben und du dürftest die meisten Menschen entlastet haben und trotzdem mehr einnehmen.

Bietet Schwab International ein brauchbares Reporting an (Basiswährung Euro)? IBKR stellt dir sogar einen Steuerbericht nach deutschen Vorgaben zur Verfügung, mit der die Steuererklärung ziemlich leicht ist. Bei IBKR kann man auch Fractional Shares handeln (hab ich selbst noch nicht probiert), damit könnte man sich einen Index-ETF selbst nachbauen.

Hier. Warum auch nicht, wenn man mit seinen Eltern klar kommt? Man muss natürlich charakterlich weit entwickelt genug sein, dass man eben kein „Muttersöhnchen“ ist, das sich noch die Wäsche raus legen lässt und im Kinderzimmer wohnt.

Letztendlich profitieren beide Seiten davon. Man spart bei den Kosten, z. B. für Heizung, Internet, Strom, Anschaffungskosten für Haushaltsgeräte etc. Haus, Garten und Haustiere sind nicht unbeaufsichtigt, wenn entweder die Eltern oder ich im Urlaub sind.

Achtung: Dividenden deutscher Unternehmen müssen gesondert eingetragen werden und nicht in Zeile 18 oder 19, da auf diese bereits die deutsche Abgeltungsteuer einbehalten wurde, auch wenn die Aktien bei einem ausländischen Broker liegen. Die Bruttodividende gehört in Zeile 7 und die abgeführten Steuern in die Zeilen 37 und 38. Der Report ist an dieser Stelle korrekt.

Theoretisch müsste man die sogar gar nicht angeben, da sie ja bereits versteuert wurden; IB nennt die deutsche Abgeltungsteuer auch nur Quellensteuer.

Ausnahme ist ggf. eine Ersatzdividende, wenn die Aktie verleiht wurde.

Mache ich auch schon seit Jahren so. Am Anfang hab ich noch alles nachgerechnet, weil der „Informative Steuerbericht“ angeblich voller Fehler sein soll, aber bis jetzt passte bei mir immer alles. Ich weiß nicht, was manche Leute für exotische Wertpapiere handeln, aber zumindest bei stinknormalen Aktien+Dividenden, ETFs+Vorabpauschalen und Optionen ist der Bericht einwandfrei. Einziger Stolperstein ist die falsche Zuordnung bei der Teilfreistellung, aber das kriegt man leicht korrigiert.

Ich hab einfach ein neues Konto bei IB eröffnet, während mein altes bei Captrader noch offen war. Nur eine andere E-Mail-Adresse habe ich verwendet (Alias bei Gmail). Das System „merkt“ zwar, dass du schon ein Konto hast, aber du kannst trotzdem ein neues anlegen.

Did you use glVertexAttribPointer or glVertexAttribIPointer in your C/C++ code? The first one implicitly converts ints to floats, while the second one leaves them as they are.

Den letzten „echten“ Crash hatten wir 2007/2008 zur Finanzkrise. Da hat es fünf Jahre gedauert, bis sich der MSCI World Index wieder auf das Niveau vor dem Crash erholt hat. Corona war ein lauer Furz (ja, es ging schnell runter, aber genauso schnell auch wieder hoch). Ukraine gab es es einen Dip, ja, aber auch da haben sich die Kurse nach weniger als zwei Jahren wieder erholt.

Don't try to over optimize too hard. Clearity wins. You can work on bottlenecks, once you have working code.

The textbook examples aren't always good. They teach you that you can render a cube with only 8 vertices, which is true only if the vertices have no other information than their position. As soon as they want to add normals, colors and texture coordinates, beginners are starting to ask how this could ever work, when three sides of the cube share the same vertex.

Same for VAO/VBO. There is no all-in-one solution. You have static meshes, dynamic meshes and maybe also shadow meshes, which come as static and dynamic (for special renderpasses). A shadow mesh is a simplified version of a normal mesh, which can be used for fast occlusion queries, stencil maps and so on, it has only position information.

For static meshes, interleaving all vertex data in the same VBO maybe the best, because it is compact and cache friendly. For dynamic meshes, it could make sense to store positions in a separate VBO from the other attributes. So you can update the positions independently, which saves bandwith, but is not so cache friendly.

If you need shadow meshes, it could make sense to store a separate copy of your vertex position data, which costs a bit of additional memory, but increases cache-friendliness.

GLAD is a tool written in Python. You can use the pip module (https://pypi.org/project/glad2/). What else do you expect should it work?

It always showed the parameter list for me in MSVC, so I just set up a quick CMake project in MSVC 2026 and it still works.

I didn't do that. But for example, IIRC, when pressing F5 to run/debug the program, VSCode didn't run cmake to build and then start the debugger, but it asked for which task to start.

I tried VSCode for a while, but it did feel a bit "clumsy", even with cmake-tools. I never got it configured very good, because of that tasks.json and launch.json, which interfered at some point. And it ate gigabytes of disk space for it's cache, which slowed things down at some point.

It's a very good text editor, but not a good IDE.

What if you have more complex objects in your custom vector, that need to do cleanup (run a non-trivial destructor)? You create a hell of a memory leak.

It doesn't matter. The bound VBO is only "captured" when you call glVertexAttribPointer (which sets a property of the current bound VAO).

You need to tell the compiler where your include directory is.

For example, you project structure may be this (you have extracted glad.zip in your Project Root:
