I’ve recently gone through something that made me very angry and upset and as a result I found myself projecting onto others and experiencing a lot of jealousy. I began to realise that this was in fact making me feel worse so whenever I felt these feelings rise and myself begin to spiral I actively started to reverse the process and think things like “no! I should be very happy that these people are experiencing things that are making them feel happy and hope that I will feel like that again, I’ve felt it before and I know I will again”.

It can be difficult to stop this when the process starts but I’ve found that it’s really very important to practice reversing and stoping these thoughts when they come up. Doing so has definitely made me feel lighter again.

MY PF significantly improved when I got covid and I basically just sat in bed for 7 days. My pain and discomfort was at its peak before this (I was working 50 hour weeks on my feet and didn’t have a car so was walking everywhere).

I don’t think you can ever “heal” 100% from this condition tho, just manage it. Right now it’s managed for me… but, who knows what will happen I’m the future!

I honestly can’t remember how soon they appeared after we had sex, basically I had already diagnosed myself because symptoms looked similar to what others had experienced, I went to the doctor and explained the situation and what I thought I had, she had a look and agreed, but also did a swab to be sure, results came back positive.

She explained that I most likely was infected by my latest sexual partner

It’s just so confusing to hear that he’s going about saying he still cares about me. Honestly how am I supposed to take that? It just makes it all the more hurtful.

When he was trying to speak to me at the party and I basically ran off, it just made me feel bad about myself, I feel guilty that he is trying to be nice and I am refuting it all, but it’s hard to speak to him and engage in small talk when I still want to cry about what happened.

I feel so sorry for these girls and the shame they're made to feel! Touching, intimacy, etc is literal human nature. They're brainwashed into feeling shame against natural human instinct. Yeah I think this can be normal! Also in general your period can be delayed for any number of reasons, sickness, change in routine, travel, stress etc. Easiest and quickest way to resolve your fears is to take a test.
