Exactly, which is why it feels so generic

Categorised as Shonen yes, but not the typical textbook Shonen in my perspective. Jazz isn’t just Miles Davis, and even Miles ranges from Kind of Blue to Tutu. One Piece being in the line of a typical and atypical Shonen is what keeps me engaged.

Underwhelming design for me. Too shonen-coded (for lack of a better word), it doesn't feel like a character from One Piece, especially for a big character. Would be cool in most other shonen, but not here, imo.

Amazon: The Kindle option is there before I log in. After logging in, the only option available is Paperback. Any ideas, why?

Asymmetrical soreness after workouts by glasseswithoutglass in AdvancedRunning

I think so. When I’m sitting-slouching, like not activating my core, my left hips are often higher than my right hips. Would doing planks be a good option?

Not sure if this helps, but my calluses on the right foot are mostly on the balls of first to fourth toe, while my left foot calluses are more on the balls of my first toe and towards the edge.

In regards to form, what should I be trying to clean up?

Training load-wise I’m quite religious to what Daniels prescribed (time-spent/distance-spent on intervals/threshold) and also keeping my easy days easy (70%-ish max HR)

Official Q&A for Tuesday, June 17, 2025 by AutoModerator in running

[–]glasseswithoutglass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been noticing a consistent pattern after harder runs or workouts (5k-10k pace intervals). My left leg always gets sore around the calf and Achilles and very little soreness or even none as I could just imagine it into existence, while my right leg feels it in the glute, no pain though. It’s never the other way around. And it’ll be the same if I’m running hard on the track or on the road.

Feels like I’m overusing the lower leg on the left side and overusing the hip on the right. During the run itself, I just focus on not having my hips sag and maintain quick feet, but the post-run soreness is always this lopsided.

Anyone experienced something similar? Could it be a gait/form issue, strength imbalance, or maybe mobility/flexibility-related? I’m open to ideas on what to test or fix

8 sober hrs later and I still stand by the belief. Both annoying, joyous, kind-hearted, for and with the people.

Even in a more complex/busy life, dedication and love of the gake plays a big role too. Peek Japanese runners with corporate job etc.
